Overview
Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician in the Morgantown metro area, West Virginia. This outpatient-only opportunity offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and minimal call. Start date ASAP. Pay rate: $ - $.
Practice Highlights- Ambulatory Family Medicine / Primary Care
- Full-scope FM (OB not required)
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Adult medicine focus across sites
- Minimal, phone-only call — 1 week per quarter
- Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
- Quality Incentive — 1% of base salary per metric (6–7 quality metrics available)
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Training stipend available
- $10,000 relocation stipend
- Quality improvement projects count toward CME
- Live in Morgantown, West Virginia — a highly desirable college town
