Job Description:
West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Urology seek a Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) Specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Duties:
The successful candidate will practice in the areas of FPMRS. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed a Urology residency program, as well as a FPMRS fellowship program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in FPMRS. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Meet the Chair.
Steven Campbell, MD, PhD, came to WVU from the Cleveland Clinic, where he served as a board-certified urologist, vice chair of Urology, residency program director, and professor of Surgery. For the past 20 years, he led the largest urology residency training program in the United States and was central to the Urologic Oncology Fellowship Program.
Dr. Campbell’s primary interests include renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and resident education. He’s a nationally renowned expert in the field, authoring more than 400 papers and serving as the lead author of the American Urological Association’s Guidelines for the Management of Kidney Cancer.
Campbell also contributed to Cleveland Clinic’s renal cell carcinoma medical genetics team, treating thousands of patients with all types of genitourinary cancer tumors.
