Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage chronic and acute health conditions Collaborate with specialists and care team to ensure continuity of care Conduct routine and preventive health evaluations Maintain accurate and timely patient records Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality Refer to external providers or specialists as needed

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active and unrestricted West Virginia medical license Current DEA certification (Federal and WV) Credentialed per hospital bylaws NRP and PALS certifications required

Schedule & Compensation:
