Overview
West Virginia University College of Law seeks to hire for one tenure-track position for the academic year. We are particularly interested in candidates who will teach courses in the following areas:
Trial Advocacy, Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Civil Procedure. Employment Law is also an area of curricular need. Minimum of five years’ experience in civil or criminal litigation required.
Candidates should have an excellent academic record and must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or an equivalent degree (such as a Ph.D.) in a related field. Candidates should have a passion for teaching, a record of or potential for scholarly distinction, and a commitment to service in the law school and community. Appointment and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
