- Responsible for planning and implementing Raleigh County Schools' standards-based curriculum based on WV Content Standards and Objectives
- Responsible for implementing adopted and supplemental academic programs
- Responsible for implementing appropriate 21st Century technology skills
- Responsible for assisting with personalized learning support for students in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics
- Responsible for planning and implementing tiered instruction for reading and math
- Responsible for implementing and participating in the Title I school-wide program
- Strong working/communication skills with students, parents, and peers
- Willing to implement any other programs designated by Principal for school improvement
- Includes supervisory and/or other duties as assigned by Principal

All applicants not currently employed by Raleigh County Schools must include copies of "past performance evaluations conducted pursuant to WV Code 18A-2-12 and 18A-3c-2 or, in the case of a classroom teacher, past evaluations of the applicant's performance in the teaching profession as a certified educator". Each separate evaluation must be uploaded within the Frontline system.
