STEM Adjunct Instructor - WVU Potomac State College (Keyser

West Virginia University's Potomac State College campus in Keyser,West Virginia, is seeking to develop a pool of qualified adjunct instructors to fill part-time teaching opportunities as they become available. The college invites applications for part-time adjunct positions to teach STEM related courses in person and/or online.

STEM disciplines include biology, chemistry, mathematics,engineering, and physics.

• A minimum of a master's degree in the appropriate STEMdiscipline from a regionally accredited college or university is required by time of appointment
• 18 credit hours of STEM discipline and/or work experience inthe field.
• Previous college teaching experience is valued.
• Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • An understanding and commitment to utilizing innovative teaching methodologies and systems which actively engage students in the learning process;
