Position Summary

The Director of Education provides day-to-day academic leadership for assigned programs. Supervised by the Dean of Education, this role owns the operational health of those programs: the performance and development of program directors and faculty, student retention and progression, curricular currency, and compliance with accreditation standards and related regulatory requirements. While the Dean of Education focuses on new program development and institutional innovation, the Director of Education ensures operational effectiveness and academic excellence of existing programs— students supported, faculty engaged, outcomes met, and audits passed.

This is an operational academic leadership role at a career college, not a research or scholarly position. The right candidate measures success in retention rates, placement rates, credentialing outcomes, faculty engagement, and satisfaction of its students, graduates, and employers who hire our graduates. not publications.

Who We Are

Our mission goes beyond delivering courses — we exist to transform lives through education, mentorship, and unwavering student support. Our culture is highly student- and people-centric. We meet students where they are, often stepping into unique and challenging situations — even outside of standard business hours — to help them succeed. If you are passionate about making a direct impact on students’ lives, thrive in dynamic environments, and are willing to adapt traditional academic processes to better serve our learners, this may be the right fit for you.
