Work Environment
The role offers a combination of office and field-based work within a growing national real estate organization focused on community and infrastructure development. You will split your time between office tasks such as design review, documentation, and coordination, and field activities including site visits, construction inspections, and meetings with local stakeholders. The current engineering team consists of approximately nine professionals, providing a collaborative environment with direct access to experienced colleagues and leadership.
You will frequently travel to assigned communities, construction sites, municipal offices, and project meetings, and you must be comfortable walking active construction sites and performing field inspections.
