Our client, a dynamic organization in the service sector, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting organizational financial management and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage all aspects of financial management for the organization under the direction of administration.

+ Establish and maintain financial records in accordance with auditing standards and accounting principles.

+ Oversee financial programs including budgeting, revenue receipt, expenditure management, and asset conservation.

+ Process department budgets, salaries, and maintain accounts and ledgers to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.

+ Prepare financial statements, reports, and conduct special financial analyses, including year-to-date revenue and expenditure reports.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Minimum of two years of experience directly related to financial management and accounting duties.

+ Knowledge of governmental accounting principles, practices, and compliance requirements.

+ Proficiency with accounting software packages and spreadsheet applications.

+ Ability to operate various office equipment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
