Senior Financial Analyst & AP Clerk - Retail Analytics

Gabe's is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst and AP Clerk in our Morgantown office.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible to support financial planning, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making within a dynamic retail environment. This role combines advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and systems expertise to drive insights across store operations, merchandising, and overall company performance.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experienced with Access and SQL, and understands the key drivers of retail performance such as sales, margins, inventory, and traffic.

The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk is responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the accounts payable function within Gabe’s. This position will match, batch and code invoices, process expense reports, and provide administrative support to the department.

This position will also maintain accounting files, communicate with vendors and clients, and file invoices for payment.
