Qualifications- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a professional Auditing, Compliance and/or Credit discipline or in a Banking Examiner role required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management finance, information systems, or related area highly desired.
- Strong knowledge and application of industry regulatory controls and reporting required
- Experience with data management tools and applications, including process mapping and lineage toolsets highly desired
- Prior experience with quality control processes and procedures, as well as data quality concepts and best practices, and ability to effectively enforce
- Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office products is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work that relates to time sensitive matters and managing workload properly
- Ability to effectively interact and ensure compliance with all levels of staff within organization
- Ability to identify and resolve situations utilizing sound judgement and decision making
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to understand and apply complex data governance concepts

- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components.
- Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
- Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
