Job Overview
Seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting. This role supports general diagnostic imaging, OR cases, emergency department patients, and mobile imaging services.
The department is high-volume and fast-paced, performing approximately 85 studies per day.
Responsibilities- Perform general diagnostic X-ray procedures
- Support imaging in the Operating Room
- Assist with fluoroscopy studies
- Perform mobile X-rays throughout the facility
- Support emergency department imaging needs
- Operate C-arms, mini C-arms, and O-arm equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists, residents, and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and Fuji PACS
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS (AHA)
- Active state license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in general diagnostic imaging
- Experience with OR and fluoro procedures preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Shift: 3x12 Hour Nights
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly

- Scrubs provided
- Department orientation provided
- EPIC and Fuji PACS used for documentation
Department Equipment Includes:
- 2 X-ray rooms
- 1 Fluoro room
- 5 Portables
- 2 C-arms
- 2 Mini C-arms
- 1 O-arm
- Canon, Dell, and GE equipment
ARRT (R) and BLS required h-volume department averaging 85 studies per day. No IV starts required. Pediatric Radiologist available daytime M–F; resident in-house 24/7. License to submit required (facility willing to wait for active state license).
