Responsible for setting up events held on the Memorial Rink, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee and assist with set up of special functions on the Memorial Rink, including tables and chairs
- Train and schedule staff
- Assists with monitoring payroll
- Set up beverage and beer service
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with accommodations
- Prepare food such as popcorn and cotton candy for concession stand
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee picnic attendants.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
