La Quinta Inn & Suites is hiring a dependable and guest‑focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Morgantown, WV

Pay: $13-$15 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time available
Shift: Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Location: On‑site (not remote)
Job SummaryThe Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out using the property management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
