Senior SCADA Analyst
Infinity Natural Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company rooted in the Appalachian Basin, is seeking a Senior SCADA Analyst. Based in Morgantown, WV, the company is dedicated to responsible energy development, operational excellence, and strong environmental stewardship across its operations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office with occasional travel to remote field locations.
As the lead guardian of our SCADA infrastructure, you will ensure the 24/7 safety and reliability of our field assets. Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively monitoring and maintaining SCADA systems.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for complex incidents.
- Safeguarding the accuracy and availability of real-time and historical data.
- Leading system upgrades, security patches, and technology refreshes.
- Managing and troubleshooting communication links between field devices and central SCADA platforms.
- Supporting the onboarding of new assets and expansion of existing systems.
- Championing cybersecurity best practices and regulatory standards.
- Partnering with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to implement system enhancements.
- Maintaining high-quality system documentation and supporting internal/external audits.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Key skills include in-depth knowledge of SCADA platforms, industrial communication protocols, and OT cybersecurity principles.
