You will partner closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver solutions that keep our workforce moving.
This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful scope: you will troubleshoot complex issues, drive process improvements, build documentation, and help shape how technology supports Trans Force operations.
What You’ll Do Systems & Infrastructure- Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual systems including servers, endpoints, and cloud resources across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments; configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
- Enforce security best practices across systems and networks; apply the principle of least privilege and monitor for anomalies.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate system records and supporting audit activities.
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point — diagnose and resolve complex incidents, own issues through to resolution, and communicate status clearly.
- Onboard users to new systems and tools; develop training materials and SOPs that enable self-service and reduce repeat incidents.
- Partner with project managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to scope and deliver technology initiatives on time.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers to maintain service quality and SLA compliance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical system availability: respond to after hours alerts and incidents in accordance with defined SLA and escalation procedures.
- Occasional support outside of normal business hours may be required for planned maintenance windows, system upgrades, or time sensitive incidents.
- Keep ITSM systems, asset inventories, and knowledge-base articles current and accurate.
- Identify gaps in tooling, process, or capacity and bring actionable recommendations to the team.
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues proactively.
- 3+ years of systems engineering or advanced helpdesk experience in a virtualized, enterprise environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra .
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Proven networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — you gather data, form a hypothesis, test, and document.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting status to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently in a fast‑moving environment.
- Heightened sense of urgency and resolve; ability to act as a change agent and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology projects within a large or global organization.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical approach to root‑cause analysis.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills; able to self‑direct and meet commitments in a complex, fast‑paced setting.
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, networks, and IT architecture across hybrid environments.
- Experience with next-generation firewalls (e.g., Cisco Meraki) and SD‑WAN.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service management platforms.
- Exposure to automation or scripting (Power Shell) for routine task reduction.
- AWS or Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AWS Sys Ops, or similar).
- Background in IT Managed Service, logistics, transportation, or distributed workforce environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
- Uphold Trans Force policies and values, representing the IT department with professionalism.
- Actively seek out learning opportunities and stay current with emerging technologies relevant to our stack.
