Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst. Role is onsite in either Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust prior to starting. Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience or 4 years of experience without a degree

* Security + (CE) Certification

* Basic understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

* Exposure to NIST SP 800-53 (control families, what a control assessment looks like)

* Familiarity with FISMA and why continuous monitoring matters

* General awareness of FedRAMP, ATO process, POA&Ms
* Basic grasp of CIA triad, least privilege, defense-in-depth

* Exposure to a GRC or CSAM, eMASS/Xacta preferred
* Familiarity with ticketing/documentation systems (ServiceNOW, Jira, SharePoint) Preferred Skills and
