Litigation Technology Specialist

We are seeking a Litigation Technology Specialist to provide hands-on technology support to attorneys and legal teams throughout the litigation lifecycle. In this role, you will ensure litigation teams have the tools, technology, and technical expertise needed to successfully prepare for and execute hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, IT professionals, litigation support staff, and external vendors, you will deploy, troubleshoot, and support trial presentation technologies, courtroom equipment, and litigation support platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support litigation teams with trial presentation and litigation technology tools, including Trial Director, OnCue, and related software.
• Manage and support deposition technology using Opus2 and similar platforms.
• Assist with the collection and preservation of web and social media evidence using tools such as Page Vault.
• Prepare and edit trial presentation materials, including synchronized deposition video, multimedia exhibits, demonstratives, and courtroom presentations.
• Provide on-site courtroom and trial technology support, including equipment setup and exhibit presentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure litigation technology systems are operating effectively.
• Train attorneys and legal staff on litigation technology tools and best practices.
• Maintain litigation technology inventory across multiple office locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to support litigation needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and chain-of-custody records for evidentiary materials.
• Travel to firm offices, courthouses, and trial locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Legal Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation support or legal technology experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Experience with trial presentation software such as Trial Director and OnCue.
• Familiarity with Opus2, Page Vault, and other litigation support technologies.
• Strong understanding of litigation workflows and the e-Discovery lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel and provide in-courtroom support during trials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex, high-profile, or high-volume litigation matters.
• Familiarity with e-Discovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, and other document review systems.
• Knowledge of data processing, document production, and litigation support best practices.
