We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high‑energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful legal matters throughout the state of West Virginia. This position can be based out of the Clarksburg or Morgantown locations.

Compensation – $100,000 - $180,000 yearly, including a base with a structured bonus plan and benefits.

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and calm in high‑pressure situations
• Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while providing aggressive representation
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Experience representing clients in mediations
• Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Prior experience representing Plaintiffs and/or at least three years of litigation experience
