We foster a collegial work environment and a strong commitment to our clients, each other, and our community. Bowles Rice is seeking a tax attorney to join our robust tax team. Specifically, we are looking for someone that can provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other complex transactions.
Our tax practitioners counsel clients on entity formation, pass-through taxation and multistate tax issues. We have a sophisticated team that collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
The successful candidate will have superior academic credentials, possess strong analytic, oral and written communication skills, and must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or Pennsylvania. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is preferred. Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal.
