We are looking for a strong, operations‑driven General Manager to lead this new branch and help carry our standard forward. In this role, you will build and lead a local team, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day branch operations with full ownership and accountability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a results‑driven local team.
  • Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects as the primary service, managing projects from initial lead through completion and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Services also include gutters, soffit, fascia, exterior repairs, doors and windows, and interior remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
  • Manage branch financials including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance partners, and local vendors.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with McClellands processes.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
