Division Leader

We specialize in supporting the Coal Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Commercial industries. Our expertise includes facility maintenance, repair, electrical services, new construction, concrete work, crane services, and fabrication. This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Leader, based in Mount Morris, PA. The Division Leader will manage and oversee operations within their assigned division, coordinate with teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely, and collaborate closely with clients to meet their needs. The role includes setting goals, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering a strong team-oriented work culture.

The Division Leader will also identify growth opportunities and implement process improvements to optimize operational performance.

• Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on motivating teams and driving results
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, repair, construction, electrical services, and industrial operations
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and operational planning
• Proficiency in compliance with safety standards and quality control processes
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the Coal Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Commercial fields is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
