RN, Surgical Assistant, RN Nurse

4-10 hour shifts, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. Call and holiday coverage are required.

The Vascular Surgery RN will be responsible for circulating and sedating in the operating room for various vascular surgeries. Experience with peripheral artery bypass, AAA repair, carotid endarterectomies, fistula creation, amputations, and endovascular surgery (EVAR, TCAR, TAG) is required.

• Circulate and assist in vascular surgery cases, including but not limited to diagnostic angiography, surgical endarterectomy, and dialysis access management.
• Provide sedation when required and monitor patients' vital signs during procedures.
• Participate in call rotation, including one night per week and one weekend per month.
• Potentially float within other services of the Heart and Vascular Institute as necessary.

• Experience in vascular surgery or relevant areas such as cardiac or thoracic surgery is preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Knowledge of open vascular and endovascular procedures is essential.
• Must provide a copy of diploma during onboarding for licensure purposes.
