Interim Health Care of Morgantown, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Visit Team! This salaried position works with patients in their homes to educate and provide nursing care. Applications are being reviewed immediately
- Visits Available Primarily Monday
- Friday Daylight Hours with Rotating Weekends.

• 1 year RN experience
• Valid Driver's License

Provides professional, respectful, and compassionate care to all patients. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care provided to all patients assigned. Administers medications according to established medication administration principles, physician orders, and facility policy and procedures. Reviews, interprets, transcribes, and carries out physician orders. Provides legible, clear written, or electronic documentation of all patient care provided, medications administered, and the patient's response to care.
