  Cardiac background strongly preferred

• Heparin, Insulin, Nitro
• Cardizem, Nicardipine
• Lasix, Amiodarone, Dobutamine

• Charge Nurse:
  Dedicated (may take 1–3 patients if needed)
• House Supervisors: 3 available at all times
• Clinical Associates (CNAs)
  • Nights:
    Typically 1:16
  • Fully staffed: 1:8

• Respiratory Support: NC, CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC, Trach to Vent
• RT Support:
  Dedicated Respiratory Therapist (9th floor)
• Telemetry
  • Tele techs monitor strips remotely
  • RN not required to read strips
  • System:
    Philips

• 3–4 Saturdays/Sundays
• 2 Fridays + 2 Mondays
• Night shift may require Fri–Sun consistently
