WVUHS Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in the home setting under the supervision of an RN. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the health care team to implement and evaluate the nursing plan.
Qualifications include an active LPN license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Experience in home health is preferred.
