• Current State Licensure (RN)
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• Two current clinical references (within 12 months)
• Physical examination within 12 months
• TB skin test within 12 months
• MMR/HepB/Varicella titers within 12 months
• Respiratory fit test within 12 months
• Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background and urine drug screening
