Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown

Morgantown, West Virginia

3x12 hour nights (36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, nights, 13 weeks)

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-surgical thoracic and medicine patients.
• Manage and titrate drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Dopamine following specific MD orders.
• Interpret and chart patient rhythms every four hours or as needed.
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and house supervisors to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Two years of Med Surg Stepdown experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system.
• Ability to interpret telemetry and manage emergency situations effectively.
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Weekly estimated pay: $2,155.61 - $2,463.55.
