Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in a stepdown unit, ensuring patient safety and quality treatment.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Support patient recovery and comfort through compassionate care.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Tele, PCU, or Stepdown RN.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Valid RN license.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care in a hospital setting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
