This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour rotating shifts including days and nights; weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Join our dedicated team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) where you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients post cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex conditions, including ECMO, LVAD, and heart transplants.

• Deliver nursing care for patients with a focus on cardiac and vascular conditions.
• Administer critical care drips including inotropes and sedation as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in unit orientation and contribute to a supportive team environment.

• Current RN license with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a CVICU setting.
• CCRN certification is preferred.
• Ability to read telemetry strips and manage critical care scenarios.
