SHC WVUHS Home Care in Morgantown is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care to hospice patients in the home under RN supervision. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
The role requires an LPN license, CPR within 30 days, and a valid driver’s license. Prior hospice experience is preferred; scheduled weekly hours are 40.
