Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Morgantown, WV

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekdays with Every Other Weekend | 13-Week Contract with Possible Extension

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with patient ratios of 1:5–6
• Perform IV starts and other required clinical skills as part of routine patient care
• Document patient information and care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit attendance expectations; a maximum of 2–3 call-offs per contract is strictly enforced

• Active RN license in WV or a Compact state (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with IV starts
• Permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (candidates between 75–100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Minimum of 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from within the past 2 years

• Oncology experience or background
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
• Prior travel nursing experience

• Contract extensions are available, offering long-term placement stability for qualified candidates
• Work in a structured Medical Surgical environment with a consistent night shift schedule
