Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Morgantown, WV

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekdays and Weekends | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–7
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and care activities using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition

• Active RN license in West Virginia or a valid Compact RN license (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (candidates between 75–100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis)

• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, though not required
• Experience working in a fast-paced Medical Surgical environment with variable patient ratios

• Immediate start available with the possibility of contract extension beyond the initial 13-week assignment
• Facility is willing to accommodate traveler scheduling requests whenever possible
