Registered Nurse - Cardiac and Vascular Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Join our dedicated team at the Southeast Heart & Vascular Institute, where we provide exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for cardiac care.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac surgery and vascular surgery post-operative patients.
• Monitor and titrate cardiac drips including Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, TPA, Lasix, and Dobutamine.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring to interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Support patients and families through the recovery process with education and compassionate care.

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Previous experience in cardiac and vascular nursing is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
