Travel Nurse RN Stepdown
We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN Stepdown to provide specialized patient care in transitional units where patients are too sick for med-surg but not critical enough for intensive care.
Responsibilities- Delivering care with a higher nurse-to-patient ratio
- Ensuring patient stability
- Supporting recovery in a step-down environment
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Administering treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure
- Relevant experience in step-down units
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Weekly pay
