We are seeking a skilled critical care RN to provide safe, efficient care across our health system's inpatient units. The Float Pool coordinates patient-centered care in Cardiovascular and Medical/Surgical ICUs across Vandalia Health North facilities.
Orientation occurs at MHMC, followed by deployment to VHN facilities with a three-12 hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. The role requires five years of RN experience, BLS/ACLS, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
