Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Morgantown, WV

Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–7
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit protocols, attendance expectations, and facility compliance standards

• Active RN license in West Virginia or a Compact state (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (75–100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis)

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working in a high-acuity Medical Surgical environment

• Immediate start available with the possibility of contract extension after the initial 13-week assignment
• Facility will make reasonable efforts to accommodate traveler scheduling preferences
