Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Med Surg RN Opportunity

$2448.00/week

Seeking a highly skilled Med Surg RN to provide exceptional care on a 34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry. This position offers night shifts, a 13-week contract with possible extension, and an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Administer patient care according to physician orders and established policies.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient stability.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately in Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all certification and licensing requirements.

• Valid WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the AHA.
• Ability to provide references from at least two managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years.
• Must reside over 100 miles from the facility or case-by-case consideration for 75–100 miles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of telemetry and complex patient care management.
