Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with Stepdown experience for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working within an acute care setting that serves a diverse patient population. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing stepdown patients in a flexible unit that adapts to the evolving needs of patients and the hospital.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Stepdown

• Manage and care for stepdown and med-surg patients based on unit demands
• Handle patient ratios effectively: 3:1 for stepdown, 6:1 for med-surg
• Titrate drips according to physician orders including heparin, insulin, and other medications

Requirements of the RN – Stepdown

• Valid RN License
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to manage care for both med-surg and stepdown patients
