• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• 1 year of experience specifically in Inpatient Med/Surg or Oncology.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Travel experience is not required.
• IV start skills are required.
• Skills in accessing/managing ports, administering chemotherapy, and various cancer care skills are listed as required or preferred.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) through American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) through American Heart Association (AHA).
• NIHSS certification.
• ONS chemo/bio cert is preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN are preferred.

• WV or Compact RN License required; a pending license is accepted for submission.

• Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred.

• Flu vaccine is required, with medical exemptions only.
• Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required.
• Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility; exceptions considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
