Registered Nurse - Med Surg Assignment  Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights 19:00 - 07:00, including weekdays and three weekend shifts within a four-week period.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. The nurse will provide exceptional care to patients on a 34-bed telemetry unit. This role requires strong clinical skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring and respond to patients' needs promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR.
• Lead and educate junior staff and team members.
• Participate in daily huddles and patient rounds.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Med Surg nursing.
• Active RN License (WV or Compact License required).
• Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with telemetry preferred.
