Nurse Educator, Charge Nurse, Healthcare Nursing
Provide supervision and coordination of all aspects of nursing care, office laboratory and ancillary testing in community based ambulatory care center. Coordinate and implement quality assurance for direct patient care and clinical follow-up. Maintain flow of patient care in the clinical setting.

2.Investigates concerns and prepare corrective action for employees as necessary.
3.Documents and gives performance appraisals of employees.
4.Supervise and coordinate ambulatory nursing care.
Ensure staffing, delegate assignments, update nursing staff on new policies/procedures and ensure implementation, monitor effectiveness for clinical support staff pares patient care report for staff meetings.
5.Supervises and coordinate office laboratory and ancillary testing ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards.
Ensure equipment is in good service and operated safely and properly by staff.
Coordinates CLIA, COLA, and OSHA compliance and documentation.
Resolve patient complaints.
Ensures OSHA and CLIA compliance and regulation updates and associated in-service training needs, reports and documentation.
Proficiency lab testing which includes test schedule planning and analysis of results.
Coordinate office practice based clinical research data collection per research protocols.
