Applicants must be able to:

• Work 5 days per week including Saturdays and a minimum 35 hours per week
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact while SMILING
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests

• Ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly
• Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary. Applicants will be required to work outside in any weather condition.

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (Saturdays are required)
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10‑50 lbs.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively.
