As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail/outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail. This position is a vital part of our organization and can lead to future career opportunities.

• Cashiering and sales floor support.
• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).
• Assisting customers at the donation door with material handling, pre‑sorting, and movement of donated goods.

External hiring range: $12.00/hour.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; will train the right person for the job.
• Current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
