Retail Associate – Inventory

Part‑time position. Starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00.

What you will do
  • Count and record inventory with precision.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.
  • Represent the company and uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a safe, inclusive environment.
Team requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work appreciated.
  • No inventory experience needed; training provided.
  • Ability to stand, walk and remain active during shifts.
  • Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Preferred candidates
  • No degree required.
  • Individuals with no prior experience or returning to the workforce.
  • Military veterans.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Working conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
