Polychrome Studios is a growing creative production company based in Peterstown, WV. While we're known for our premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, we offer a wide range of custom products and services including:

• Large-format printing (banners, signage, vehicle graphics)
• Paper products (business cards, flyers, labels)
• Promotional merchandise (pens, mugs, branded giveaways)
• Custom embroidery
• Team stores and fundraising programs for schools, teams, and organizations

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, vibrant quality, and customer service that keeps clients coming back.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to help drive the next stage of our growth. This hybrid role involves both sales and production work. You’ll spend part of your time finding, contacting, and closing new clients—and the rest supporting our in-house production.

Product samples
A company cell phone
Ongoing training and support

Sales Responsibilities:

• Research and reach out to potential customers in local and regional markets
• Promote our full range of products and services to businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits or virtual presentations with prospects
• Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Close deals and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Track leads, sales, and customer interactions

Production Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production: prepping prints, packaging, organizing materials
• Help with equipment setup and basic operation (training provided)
• Pitch in during busy times to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

• Energetic, personable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with cold calls, in-person visits, and pitching to new clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and dependable with good time management
• Willing to learn production processes and pitch in as needed
• Experience in sales, print, or customer service is a plus

• Base hourly wage + 20% commission on all personal sales
• Flexible, part-time schedule (ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-time role)
