This is a flexible role which can be done either entirely remotely or hybrid. The primary responsibilities of an Agency Sales Representative include prospecting and identifying potential customers through our complimentary Agent Assist platform, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Additional tasks may include collaborating with team members to develop sales strategies, guiding clients on benefit options, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development preferred but not necessary
- Ability to identify client needs, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions
- Organizational skills for managing accounts and handling multiple tasks effectively
- A self‑motivated, goal‑driven attitude
- Understanding of employee benefits or insurance industry is a plus
