The office is located at 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV 25601, serving Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne counties.
Responsibilities include reviewing mining permit geologic and hydrologic data, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports.
