Position: Geologist I — Permitting & Hydrologic Impact Review

West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection in Logan, WV, seeks a Geologist I to provide professional geologic services within the Division of Mining and Reclamation, Permitting Unit. The office is located at 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV 25601, serving Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne counties.

Responsibilities include reviewing mining permit geologic and hydrologic data, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports.
