United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Solid Surface Fabricator & Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for fabricating, finishing, polishing, and installing natural and engineered stone countertops in both shop and field environments.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

• Perform edge profiling using routers, hand tools, and polishing equipment
• Cut and shape sink cutouts and radius corners using wet saws
• Polish edges, seams, and surfaces of granite, quartz, marble, and other stone materials
• Grind and feather seams to ensure smooth material transitions
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Accurately report production information as required

• Install stone countertops at residential and commercial job sites
• Level, seam, and secure countertops according to specifications
• Attach sinks using silicone and complete final polish and adjustments onsite
• Ensure all installations meet company quality control guidelines
• Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Follow all safety procedures in shop and field environments

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to follow detailed directions and job specifications
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience operating wet saws, grinders, polishers, and routing equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift 75–125 lbs (team lifting required)
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in warm, wet shop environments
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable wearing required PPE including safety glasses, respirators, hearing protection, and gloves
• Must wear composite toe or safety toe boots
• Comfortable working around loud equipment and stone dust
