• Install and service garage door systems, with an expectation of 2 systems per day.
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution‑driven mindset.
• Learn and grow your skills through hands‑on training and field experience.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
• Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share knowledge.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to different situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑oriented mindset.

• Hourly pay with a realistic annual range of $50,000–$80,000 after training.
